I was born in Patras in 1962. In 1996, I was nominated Doctor of the University of Heidelberg with the degree «magna cum laude». My doctoral dissertation (German), THE JUDICIAL REVIEW OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLIES’ INTERNALS REGULATIONS IN GREECE, FRANCE AND FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY was published by Duncker & Humblot Berlin. Between 1998 and 2001 I was a Professor of Law, taught CIVIL RIGHTS, in the Police University of Athens, at the same time was a Member of the Contact Committee for the revision of the European Community Directive TELEVISION WITHOUT FRONTIERS.
VIEWS IN GREECE, the findings of which were published in the homonymous collective volume in 2008.
In 2001 I was a Member of the Scientific Committee for the REVISION OF THE CONSTITUTION, under Prof. George Papadimitriou. From October 2004 until January 2015 I worked in the Greek Parliament as a scientific assistant of Dimitris Reppas and Pyrros Dimas MPs.
Since October 2015 I am Head of the Legal Service of the National Institute of Labour and Human Resources. I also teach at the Hellenic Open University the subject of BUSINESS LAW.
In 1999 was published my first novel AN EROTIC TRAGEDY. This was followed by nine other novels. Between 1998 and 2002 I was a regular contributor to Greek Magazines ANTI and DIAVAZO. My articles and essays have also been published in newspapers Nea, Vima, Eleftherotypia, Avgi etc.
In 2012 the short film FIRST TIME LUCKY, in my screenplay, presented at the International Short Film Festival in Drama and at the Athens International Film Festival Opening Nights.
The film, STRUDEL AND RAKES, in my screenplay, being prepared by the CL Production. And my play, POSTDATE LOVE, is from the beginning of 2016 at the planning of National Theatre.
