7th International Panorama of Independent Film & Video

The International Panorama of Independent Film and Video Makers funded in Thessaloniki-Greece in 1999 and in 2005 moved in Athens. After a long, creative path, remains a panorama of cinematography without a pre-qualifying committee, without competition, aiming to present a strong current of sounds and a mosaic of images that favor complexity and diversity.

The 7th International Panorama of Independent Film and Video Makers takes place in Athens, aiming to suggest an alternative proposal for the return of the institution of a festival that is not led but celebrates the renewal of the cinematic landscape, in order to give us the joy of dreaming together again our panorama in our dark theatre, starring all of you.

Artist, directors, professionals or amateurs are called for to submit their works. New phenomena, trends, experiences that are challenged, all part of a large, open visual workshop. The Arts, the industry of entertainment, two powerful forces that come together or deviate.
The International Panorama of Independent Film and Video Makers is the cinematic landscape that ensures polyphony and pluralism, extroversion, balance and quality, attributes that contribute to the projection of a truly different, modern identity.
Last years International Panorama of Independent Film and Video Makers, with a showing of 300 films from all over the world, proved that it operates as a connecting link of cultures and presentation of new trends in the 7 th Art.
